  • ParentSquare: Receive essential messages from  OUSD along with Thornhill's administration and teachers.
  • Konstella: Used for everything ParentSquare doesn’t cover! A private, secure, and free platform funded by the PFC that helps Thornhill families stay connected school-wide and within individual classrooms. Thornhill parents and guardians will be invited to this private community (new families are enrolled in August). It also offers translation into multiple languages, making it easier for everyone to stay connected.
  • Newsletter: we send this out via email once a week, on Tuesday with links also sent through ParentSquare and Konstella.
  • Facebook Group: past and current families can connect socially
  • Instagram (@thornhillpfc): follow the Thornhill Elementary Parent Faculty Club on Instagram
  • Google Calendar: subscribe and see all the events alongside your Google calendar!

Newsletter

The purpose of the Thornhill PFC Newsletter is to communicate with parents, guardians, and students regarding school events, PFC functions, and Thornhill school-related matters. Items may be edited for spelling, grammar, length, and clarity. Advertising is not accepted. Newsletter submissions are welcome from all members of our Thornhill Community.

Please email submissions/articles and any accompanying photo to newsletter@thornhillschool.org no later than 8pm each Thursday for approval.

Thornhill newsletters will be sent to families via Konstella and ParentSquare every Tuesday.

Konstella - Thornhill's Parent Community

Konstella is our private parent/guardian community for currently enrolled students where we have the school directory, calendar of events, ways to sign up to volunteer, and much more.

One parent/guardian for each enrolled child will receive an email invitation from Konstella (in August) which will look something like the email to the right. Or, start here and request to join.

Create your login and password, browse and RSVP for events, read your news feed, view photos, join committees, and make sure you are in the correct classrooms.

Don't forget to download the Konstella app on either iTunes or Google Play.
